Non-Weather Related Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your event, security deposits can be applied towards a different date within the 12 month calendar year, as long as you give us a 14-day notice. Security deposits will be forfetied in the event of a cancellation. No exceptions. A 100% cancellation fee is taken if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of your event.

Weather Related Cancellations

At Little Babes, we follow guidelines regarding inclement weather policies as suggested by professionals in the inflatables industry and our insurance carrier. Therefore, in the event of bad weather we reserve the right to cancel at our discretion. The client reserves the right to cancel for weather-related issues only, up until the morning of the event, and will receive all but their security deposit back. Their security deposit can then be used towards a different date within the 12-month calendar year.  However, if the client chooses not to cancel, there will be no refunds after the point of delivery.

Inclement Weather Policy

We understand the unpredictability of South Carolina weather, so we try to be as accommodating as possible. If extreme weather is forecasted, we will evaluate the situation the day of your event. If conditions are deemed unsafe for operation for the duration of your event, we will contact you to reschedule. If more than a 40% chance of rain and/or 15-20 MPH winds are forecasted, we may have to reschedule if client doesn’t have a backup indoor location.

If there is any chance of rain, we will not be able to deliver ball pits unless there’s an indoor, covered roofing area, or tent alternative. In the case no alternative is found, we will issue you a refund, less the security deposit. We highly recommend having a backup indoor location.
